At SLLIC, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused products only, and they must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, all items must:

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be sealed and unused

  • Include all components as delivered

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and hygiene regulations.

Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Used products

  • Items not purchased directly from sllicskin.com

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, contact our support team at info@sllicskin.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the unopened product

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, the reshipping costs or return charges will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details. We will replace the item at no cost once verified.

Final Sale Items

Promotional items, discounted items, and limited edition releases are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
